]]> If you are arrested for OVI anywhere in Champaign County, Ohio, your case will be heard in the Champagin County Municipal Court.  The Champaign County Municipal Court is presided over by the Honorable Susan J. Fornof-Lippencott who is currently serving her third term as Judge of the Court.  The Municipal Court facility is located at 205 South Main Street, Urbana, OH 43078 and can be reached by telephone at 937-653-7376.   Arraignments are held in the traffic and criminal division of the Champaign County Municipal Court on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays at 9:00 a.m.  Pretrials, trials to the Court, and motion hearings in the Traffic and Criminal Division were usually held from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and until 12:00 Noon on Friday. Jury Trials are normally held on Wednesdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. and Thursdays beginning at 10:00 a.m.
