Montgomery County OVI Checkpoint in Harrison Township (Nov 23rd)

The Montgomery County OVI checkpoint will be in Harrison Township at Needmore Rd. and will be conducted from 8 p.m. until midnight.  The checkpoint is being conducted by multiple agencies and is being coordinated by the Montgomery County DUI Task Force.  Be smart. Increased Speed Patrols in Warren and Montgomery Counties

WDTN-Dayton is reporting that the Ohio State Highway Patrol will be stepping up patrols along the 1-75 construction areas in Warren and Montgomery Counties.  The extra patrols will take place each Tuesday, Thursday and Friday until the end of April.  Troopers on the roads will get support from “bears in the air” as airplane detection of speeding drivers is expected to augment the additional ground patrols.  Troopers have announced they will be specifically looking for speeders, tailgaters and other aggressive drivers.

Dayton OVI Checkpoint Tonight (Aug. 20th)

The Clay Township Police Department in conjunction with the Combined Agency OVI Task Force for Montgomery County will conduct an OVI checkpoint tonight from 7pm to 2am on St. Rt. 49 in Clay Township, Montgomery County, Ohio.

In Marysville (Logan County) a checkpoint will take place on St. Rt. 235 from 10pm to 2am.
