Dayton OVI Checkpoint Tonight (Aug. 20th)

The Clay Township Police Department in conjunction with the Combined Agency OVI Task Force for Montgomery County will conduct an OVI checkpoint tonight from 7pm to 2am on St. Rt. 49 in Clay Township, Montgomery County, Ohio.

In Marysville (Logan County) a checkpoint will take place on St. Rt. 235 from 10pm to 2am.

Dayton DUI Checkpoint Set for August 20th in Clay Township

The Combined Agency OVI Task Force of Montgomery County will be holding an OVI sobriety checkpoint in the Township of Clay, Montgomery County on August 20, 2010.  The Clay Township Police Department will be the Command and Control Agency for the checkpoint and operational support will be provided by the Miami Township Police Department, Five Rivers Metro Park Rangers, German Township Police Department, Ohio Department of Transportation, Box 21 and other law enforcement officers from the Combined Agency OVI Task Force of Montgomery County.  The exact location of the checkpoint will not be released until tomorrow.
